For one game, Stidham can absolutely hang, especially with a locker room rallying and real chemistry with Troy Franklin, and if Dobbins goes that’s gravy, but the real edge is Denver’s defense disrupting Drake May in altitude.

New England’s run D is legit, which makes this a Stidham game; Sean Payton lets backups play fast and covers as a dog, so I even took a small futures flyer given that defense and May’s recent pressure meltdowns and ball security issues.

The overtime hangover trend is ugly, though Denver’s extra day helps, and with lookaheads shrinking and the mile-high gas tank advantage, I wanted to grab Denver before it ticks toward three and a half.

We’ll watch weather before going heavy on the total, but in the contest I like Stidham over a half interception, and Franklin anytime touchdown is live.

Rams–Seahawks has me torn; McVay’s in-game choices have burned them, yet they controlled both meetings and still look like the better side when they stay on script.

It screams sharp trap because the spot is brutal: Rams are off overtime, on short rest, in a third straight road game, while Seattle’s rested and stout up the middle, and Sam Darnold’s status has been concerning.

Stafford hates heat up the gut, but this defense has rattled Darnold for piles of picks, the Rams almost never lose by more than a field goal, and that Week 16 collapse had fluky swings; I’d love a three.

In January I weight the spot over the matchup, and Seattle earned the rest edge, so if you’re nervous about the number the moneyline makes sense with these one- and two-point histories.

My biggest bet is Denver, with a light touch on Seattle at two and a half and a possible moneyline pivot; I can see a Patriots first-half nibble while I wait on the Denver weather to finalize the total.
