UFO Roundtable: CIA Physicist Proves Aliens Exist

For roughly eight decades, parts of the U.S. government have kept the reality of non human intelligence under wraps, and the first public batch of proof just landed on Friday.

From what I have seen, there is advanced life interacting with us, and the technology on display exceeds our current physics.

I have a lot of questions. NASA sounds cautious, iPhones never seem to capture a crystal clear shot, some people claim they are living among us, and can we trust any administration to release everything? I do not have a firm view, so Dan and Hal, help us set the table.

I grew up obsessed with this, then made a sober documentary interviewing only officials with direct access. My two headlines are that an eight decade concealment exists and that a covert race to reverse engineer non human tech has been running, and that work helped prompt Trump’s directive that began declassification last week.

I spoke with senior people across government, the military, and intelligence. To avoid ridicule, we created a safety in numbers approach so credible insiders could step out together.

I am a quantum physicist who worked with NSA and CIA and advised Robert Bigelow at Bigelow Aerospace. That led to a Defense Intelligence Agency program, OSAP, to investigate UAP.

A colleague showed Bigelow a triangle over a nuclear site and asked if it was ours; it was not, which kicked off OSAP. We then ran into a deeply buried legacy program dating back to the 1940s, OSAP lost funding under pressure, and Jay Stratton kept pursuing the issue.

Pilots report right angle turns and trans medium motion that look impossible, but general relativity can explain the effects if you engineer spacetime. We lack the engineering, not the theory, which is why I am convinced UAP are real.

Do you actually mean aliens?

Multiple officials went on record saying crashes have occurred, craft were retrieved, and in some cases non human bodies were recovered. They share only what is lawful because classification and adversary risk limit what can be said.

Secrecy has sidelined science and kept top minds from engaging, but I believe non human intelligence has been here for a long time; we see daily pilot reports and regular activity at nuclear sites. SPEAKER_02 recalls incidents where missiles were shut down.

Until more files are declassified, the best we have is credible insiders risking reputation. Jay Stratton, who led the UAP Task Force and held very senior posts, told me he has seen non human beings and non human craft with his own eyes.

This secrecy started after Roswell, hardened during the Cold War, and was protected by stigma. SPEAKER_02 notes there was even a CIA meeting to seed disinformation that made the topic look silly.

As OSAP briefed the Senate, the stigma began to erode. Insiders speak of at least four kinds of beings and say there have been dozens of U.S. recoveries, and I have sources who backed away from interviews over safety concerns while leaders like Rubio used the film as a careful path to inform the public.

Historically, even presidents were often kept out while career power centers in CIA, the Air Force, the Department of Energy, and key contractors controlled access. SPEAKER_02 jokes presidents are temporary help, and Rubio’s rare dual role later helped ensure Trump was truly briefed.

Obama once joked that unless there is a massive conspiracy hidden from the president, there is nothing to see; it sounded like he did not know.

I think he was sincere that they exist and also honest that Area 51 is not the vault, and the next day Trump said Obama revealed classified info. That lines up with what my sources say about presidents being kept at arm’s length.

What was in the new release?

We saw reports, videos, and images, including a 1972 Apollo still of a triangular craft above the Moon taken from the lunar module. Agencies handed over only a fraction on short notice, so more disclosures should follow.

With so many smartphones, why no crisp footage, and do they want to be seen?

Our military sensors have captured compelling data, and with their level of capability, if they wanted to stay invisible, we would not be spotting them at all.

We cannot assume their motives; to them we may be ants. Our sudden nuclear surge and attempts to copy their tech likely drew attention, and clustering nuclear assets has been used as bait.

That baiting test worked; assembling a strong nuclear footprint in one place drew them in.

Interstellar distances make visits sound impossible.

General relativity allows engineered spacetime, including warp effects and wormholes, that change the effective speed of light without breaking physics. You can write the equations today, but we do not have the practical hardware.

Picture a spacetime bubble around a craft that shields it from air or water and lets it move from orbit to ocean without a splash, and that same bubble can distort imagery like ripples on a pond.

If they are that advanced, why do they crash?

Some were not crashes at all but left behind like donations, and sometimes our pulses or lasers may interfere and bring one down.

Why are other countries so quiet, and what about Elon saying his thousands of satellites have seen nothing?

Allies wait for Washington while adversaries have no incentive to tell the world, and contractors can be bound by unacknowledged programs that require denial even of a program’s existence; also NASA denied this for years, yet the Apollo image contradicts that posture.

Could you both be wrong?

That would mean a long list of senior, cleared officials across agencies are lying for no clear reason, and I find that far less plausible; the White House is now mapping where the evidence sits and I think we are close to clarity.

Misreads happen, but they do not explain recovered materials and nonhuman remains.

If it turned out to be human technology, how would that change things?

The Tic Tac case alone implied energy far beyond anything we can generate; if humans secretly had that in 2004, it would be more shocking than accepting a nonhuman origin because it means someone leapfrogged our civilization and kept it hidden.

NASA’s report downplayed all this; are they hiding?

An insider from that NASA effort told me it was steered toward a nothing to see here conclusion and told to leave out the triangle over the Moon image.

Is the public ready, and what ultimately convinced you both?

People handled the documentary without panic, and what convinced me was the sheer volume of credible voices, from senators to former intel chiefs, all converging on the same reality.

The observed performance demands physics beyond our engineering, which points to builders beyond us.

What happens to faith if disclosure is real?

Beliefs adapt, and the Vatican has already signaled that a populated universe fits within its view; I have a light faith background and see room for that.

I am a practicing Catholic and see no conflict with a universe filled with life.

Have people been punished or threatened for speaking up?

Yes; look at David Grusch, who reported retaliation and loss of clearances, and the inspector general deemed his claims worthy of serious review.

Some insiders have received death threats from within the legacy network, which spans elements of government and major contractors.

Do you really think the legacy program knows the truth, and how has nothing leaked in all these years?

Yes, because they hold firsthand evidence, from crash materials to bodies.

It runs as a deep special access program, about as off the grid as anything can be.

You’ve brought up remote viewing—what is it, and how did it become a U.S. intelligence project?

In the seventies the CIA asked Stanford Research Institute to test psychic perception after seeing Soviet efforts, and a small study grew into Stargate, a years-long program that trained Army intelligence at Fort Meade. In one case, two viewers placed a lost Soviet aircraft in Africa within a few miles, which led to a recovery.

It still sounds impossible.

We even ran a 30 day silver futures challenge that made roughly a quarter million dollars, with six of seven trainees calling the daily direction, which showed the skill is teachable.

The intel got strong enough that Hal briefed the CIA director, and later I watched a government viewer demonstrate it and it blew me away.

Does the program still exist, because if it worked I would not expect the U.S. to stop?

If it does, it would be black and quiet; the earlier program was declassified and much of it sits in the CIA reading room.

My hunch is it continued under a different shop.

Are people still being trained?

Yes, former military viewers now offer courses outside government.

UAP reports of craft with no visible controls hint at mind to machine links, and neuroscience keeps finding consciousness is bigger than our current models.

We saw a psychic modulate a quantum device sealed behind superconducting shielding, which raised real security questions and even led to joint experiments with the Soviets.

I stay skeptical but open; life elsewhere seems likely, yet I still need hard evidence that anything non human has crashed here.

That is a fair stance, and we expect new document releases to help fill that gap.

The administration is compelling agencies to turn over everything, with rolling declassifications. I think we will eventually see a president tell the world we are not alone, and that could actually pull humanity together.

Confirmation would widen our sense of what it means to be human and open the door to learning from other intelligences; I want my grandkids to grow up in that larger universe.

When I made my film, I expected to hear it was all cover for black projects, but senior lawmakers, intelligence leaders, and military brass told me the opposite again and again.

With initial UAP reports already out, this conversation clearly continues.
