Here’s my thing, and yeah, people might clown me, but I’ve seen this league at its lows and can see where it can go. I’m learning the business, I know the game, and I’d love to lead it one day by putting people first while still running a real business.

That’s huge. I’m staying home to rehab and reset, and honestly I prefer real home-field energy over neutral-site vibes and suites. I want to be in the mix with actual fans, not boxed away.

Please don’t move title games to domes. Football’s outdoors for a reason, and teams earn home field. The World Series slaps because it lives in real stadiums with real fans.

Summer House dropped a 10-minute preview. New faces: KJ from Missouri, Ben from Australia, and best friends Bailey and Levi. You never know what airs, so you can’t perform—you just end up being yourself.

You look healthy and happy on screen. And those giant SUVs make sense when nobody owns cars and you’ve got to haul people and gear all weekend.

Editing on our show feels fair. If you’re goofy, it shows. If you’re messy, that shows too. Performative energy dies fast because most of it won’t make the cut.

On our side, negotiations finally have movement. The players’ exec board, lawyers, and consultants are in the room, and league leadership and some owners rotate in. Feels like half the owners lean player-first and half lean league-first.

Who’s really investing?

New York, Seattle, and Phoenix are out front. They get you might lose a little early but win big if you invest in players. It all circles back to revenue share. Learn from the NHL, NBA, and MLB models that already work. Also, leadership should show up publicly with pride in the product—be a servant leader, not silent.

If you had the mic as commissioner right now?

Collaborate, center people, and still run a tight business. You won’t agree on everything, but if players know you genuinely care, the product wins.

He’ll get in, but when you rub people wrong for years and have cheating baggage, it’s not shocking the vote isn’t perfect.

Trophies matter, but how you treat people matters too. Multiple cheating scandals plus off-field weirdness will cost you goodwill.

Caitlin Clark’s NBC analyst debut and Reggie’s Peyton Pritchard comp?

She was a natural on air. I love Reggie, but that comp doesn’t fit a generational player.

Yeah, not the right comparison, even if he meant no harm.

I love both. College traditions and NBA city pride are the culture we need—bring it all the way back.

College passion is a massive pull right now. And if NBA fans are rallying for their team and city, I’m all for it.
