Episode summary

Welcome to FantasyPros, the Fantasy Football Podcast. I’m Joey P with Jake Seely from The Athletic, cooking up dream free‑agency fits that could flip your leagues; there’s a long‑form on YouTube, but let’s keep it spicy here and open with Kenneth Walker—what landing spot would supercharge his value?

Think Bengals. With their cap room, they could chase a true lead back, and if it’s Walker he lands in fringe RB1 territory while Chase Brown’s value falls to a change‑of‑pace role; leaving Seattle would also force a reset of that backfield.

A return to Seattle still tracks, especially with the Charbonnet injury, though they could add competition, but let’s dream a little; where would Breece Hall break fantasy in the best way?

Washington. They’ve got serious cap space, a new direction on offense, and only a depth grinder on the roster right now, so Hall could be a true three‑down engine in a functional, fun attack and push into top‑ten talk.

I’m in. With a healthy Jayden Daniels that group would roll—and I’d even love Kyle Pitts there—plus they moved on from Brian Robinson Jr., the backfield turned chaotic, and Hall would steady it fast.

Let’s throw a curve with Mike Evans; if he leaves Tampa, where’s the most electric fit?

San Francisco. The Bucs have enough depth that they don’t need to bring him back, and in Shanahan’s scheme Evans could reprise his alpha role, open space for Brock Purdy, and cover them if George Kittle’s availability wobbles.

I’ll toss the Bills into the ring—one last run with Josh Allen sounds perfect, though, as Jake jokes, the weather might be the tiebreaker when you’ve lived in Tampa.

Let’s hit Alec Pierce, a pure field stretcher; where could he pop for fantasy?

I see a few fits, but the most intriguing is Tennessee. In a vertical‑shot role he could be the downfield piece they lack and even push for team‑lead targets in a revamped passing game.

I like the Raiders for him in Clint Kubiak’s system; he loves to attack deep, and Pierce would pair nicely with Brock Bowers and Ashton Jeanty while soaking up those shots.

Last one, Daniel Jones—drop the bomb: what move would flip fantasy?

The Vikings with Kevin O’Connell. With Justin Jefferson, Jordan Addison, a healthy T.J. Hockenson, and Jones’s legs, you’re looking at top‑15, maybe fringe QB1 territory, and the ripple could push the Colts to roll with Anthony Richardson.

I’m with you; that division’s gettable, the defense is legit, and solid quarterback play gets the Vikings right back in it. Drop your dream landing spots in the comments—great stuff from Jake Seely, and for Jake, I’m Joey P; we’ll see you next time, kids.
