#63 — Jesenski🍁 — Dialog

Začnimo v jesenskem ritmu, brez drame in brez scenarija—prižgemo mikrofone in gremo v dialog.

Gadgeti so vroči, baterije bežijo in kartice se izgubijo, ampak nič usodnega—gremo naprej.

Zakaj si se malo umaknil iz druženja?

Manj razlag, več pravega pogovora; raje se lotim stvari, na katere lahko vplivam.

Je Ljubljana samo za bogate, in kaj to pomeni za delavce in stanovanja?

Hitre rešitve lepo zvenijo, a tiho spreminjanje smeri je nevarno; danes plačaš, dolgoročno šteje trend.

Ukrep sam po sebi ni grozen, a smer lahko je; to je kuhanje žabe.

Politiko jemljem tam, kjer lahko kaj naredim; veliko ljudi se zavestno premika nevidno in s tem ohranja mir.

Pogosto iščemo krivce zunaj sebe; ista preteklost lahko rodi dva povsem različna življenja.

Kmet in konj—nekaj danes zgleda dobro ali slabo, jutri se obrne; na dolgi rok je veliko bolj nevtralno, kot mislimo.

Na koncu se prioritetna lista skrči; na listkih v cerkvi vsi prosijo za zdravje, ker brez njega drugo ne steče.

Ko popusti nadzor, pridejo ven zadnje nerazčiščene zgodbe; ljudje zaščitijo svoj obraz do zadnjega.

Če bi ti rekli, da imaš samo še nekaj mesecev, kaj bi ti bilo najbolj žal?

Hotel bi več doživetij z ljudmi, ne solo adrenalina; najboljše zgodbe živijo v odnosih.

Zato sem na hitro zavil na enduro avanturo v Gruzijo; spontanost nahrani dušo.

Vožnja okoli treh tisoč metrov, dolgi dnevi, drug standard varnosti; divjina, lajež krdel in sledi volkov—pristno in surovo.

Blato in padci, včasih poleti tudi inštruktor—noro in malo smešno.

Najbolj me je zadelo srečanje z nomadi iz Azerbajdžana; skromna zavetišča, domači mlečni obroki in gostoljubje, ki noče plačila.

Gajd je grdo padel; brez signala in helikopterja sva improvizirala, potiskala motor in lovila zadnjo svetlobo, okrog pa tema in plenilci.

Potem pogovor pobegne do Everesta: vrste po grebenu, sonce žge, hipoksija reže; droni pokažejo, kako brutalna je pot.

Tisti dron posnetek nad potjo je neverjeten in te postavi na realna tla.

Dokumentarci o himalajcih in šerpah so udarni; prave meje ostajajo nevarne, pionirji pa vedno tvegajo.

Nekoč si šel brez zemljevidov, danes je vse zmapirano, a želja po neznanem ostaja—kot potovanje na Luno.

Pluti brez kart je moralo biti nepredstavljivo; danes imamo satelite, a pod krošnjami gozd še preseneti.

Nov frontier je tehnologija: San Francisco se vrača, plakati kričijo AI, denar teče, vstopnih služb za mlade pa primanjkuje.

Drži, večina tveganega kapitala lovi AI; če imaš AI zgodbo, se vrata odprejo hitreje.

When a startup says “we’ve got a brand,” are we talking about a full story or just a logo and a tagline?

Too often it’s only surface; I’ve seen teams raise on a buzzword, then stall because there’s no real traction or clear model behind it.

On driving tech, did you catch the latest Full Self-Driving clips where cars squeeze through tight city streets and handle those unwritten rules?

Yeah, I saw Tesla navigate a narrow lane, slow down for oncoming traffic, and recover smoothly, which shows real progress in dynamic situations.

It still feels early, and some adoption stats sound inflated; cities need fast judgment calls that are hard to codify.

Hype grows faster than usage, and you can feel a bubble forming even if the core tech is moving forward.

A bubble doesn’t mean it’s fake; think dot-com—many went under, but the fiber and rails they built powered the next wave.

Exactly; domain crazes and e-commerce multiples came and went, yet the infrastructure and picks-and-shovels plays were lasting.

The lesson is timing and patience; some categories compound slowly but end up huge.

I’m heading to Web Summit and hearing European funds are sitting on real dry powder, especially for AI, with plenty of two-hundred-million-type vehicles.

Meanwhile, in the States, you see twenty-somethings fresh out of school shipping at insane speed, big checks flying, and an entirely different cadence.

Abu Dhabi wants to be an AI hub—there’s talk of major builds—and I’ve had warm inbound that feels non-intrusive, like money for a slice without trying to steer the ship.

Other places want control, board seats, and tight oversight; Silicon Valley is closer to founder-led autonomy and clear paths to scale and exit.

We also have lives; we’re not twenty-two, sleeping in the office, and that affects whether we uproot to San Francisco for the grind.

Let’s skip the gossip about people’s private lives; it’s not our place, and the internet doesn’t need more rumors.

Agreed; what matters is being real about our own stuff—taking risks, being open, and letting connection change shape over time.

When someone is truly in love, you can see it; it’s rare, it’s beautiful, and it’s worth betting on even if it’s scary.
