Episode summary

I caught plenty of heat after saying I don’t trust the judgment of people who chose the COVID shots. My exception is active-duty military people physically coerced into them; I regard them as victims. But if you relied on the FDA, CDC, corporate media, or Fauci, I’m saying: forgive yourself, learn from it, and never hand your judgment over to those institutions again.

My point is pro-human, not casual cruelty. I believe we’re facing coordinated threats through medicine, food, chemicals, and more, so every adult has to own what goes into their body. Read food labels. Know the risks of drugs. Don’t accept injections when you haven’t investigated their contents. And check what you put on your skin; your body isn’t a dumping ground for dollar-store sunscreen and mystery ingredients.

You’re responsible for your nutrition too. If you’re low in zinc, magnesium, vitamin D, or plant nutrients, who did that to you? I’ve missed my own supplement windows, for crying out loud. I grow pine trees and still failed to make pine-needle tea when I meant to. So yes, I’m laughing at myself too. Nobody else occupies your body; we have to take charge of it.

I’m not chasing followers with this. If somebody can’t tolerate blunt talk, unfollow me. Time is short, and I want to work with people committed to staying alive, thinking independently, growing food and medicine, learning practical skills, and resisting what I see as a broad anti-human agenda. Take what works for you, leave what doesn’t, but please: stay alive. We have work to do together.

Now, on AI, I saw a journalist declare they would use none of it—not even for notes, outlines, or grammar—while also asking their audience for financial help. I feel for them, but refusing every AI tool can leave you at a real disadvantage. I criticize the investment bubble, sure, but I use AI constantly: research, article drafts, infographics, avatars, free book tools. The idea is still mine; I simply don’t need to spend twelve hours wrestling with Photoshop.

Every new technology gets denounced. Scribes disliked printing presses, typewriters gave way to word processors, and calculators supposedly wrecked everyone’s math. Well, maybe calculators did make the fifteen percent tip harder for some folks. But the issue isn’t the tool. AI should extend your thinking, not replace it. Letting a machine choose your topic, write everything, and make every decision? That’s ChatGPT brain rot.

Think of somebody who enters a retirement home walking, gets an electric scooter, stops walking, and soon loses that ability. Your mind can go sedentary the same way. Use AI to investigate, organize, and express ideas, while you remain the thinker. I keep my own brain working: studying Mandarin when I jog, editing my writing, solving lab problems, learning solar installation, fixing equipment, and running local AI rather than trusting cloud companies.

Be broadly competent. Learn first aid, how to stop bleeding, change a tire, grow and preserve food, care for animals, and safely use tools. I think basic AI literacy belongs on that list now. BrightLearn lets people generate books, BrightAnswers is my research engine, and I’m teasing another project at play dot brightlearn dot ai. Don’t swear off AI; make it serve you instead of making you dependent on it.

I’m glad to welcome Dr. Alfonzo Manzo back. The last time we spoke about the Aleph Tav body system, and shortly afterward the FDA raided his clinic and home. They took equipment and turned his life upside down. Somehow, a delayed release of our earlier material reached people at exactly the right moment and helped keep his work going. Providence moves in strange ways.

It really came full circle. The FDA took, by my estimate, around eighty thousand dollars in equipment, and more than two years later there have been no charges or meaningful follow-up. It felt like intimidation, and recovering has taken time. Support from this audience after our earlier program was huge; without it, we might have closed. Now I’m back with a personal-restoration course because many readers had the book but wanted a clearer way to practice it.

Aleph Tav is the first and last Hebrew letter, sort of an A-to-Z idea. I describe a system of body pathways, points, and cycles that I see as deeper than acupuncture—like roots and seed before trunk, branches, and leaves. The points relate to Hebrew letters and a master control center. The practice uses a very gentle hand placement, not needles or hard pressure, to support what I call circulation and coherence.

I approach it holistically and vitalistically. I believe the body carries innate wisdom connecting spirit, soul, and physical function, not merely chemistry. Rather than saying, ‘You have this disease, do this,’ I teach people to consider function: cardiovascular pathways, for example, and the points associated with them. Self-work usually takes five to fifteen minutes, though longer multi-step applications can run about half an hour.

The course begins with the philosophy and theory, then moves through points, pathways, cycles, and exactly where to rest each hand. The free self-help ebook is the heart of it. An application might be one to five steps: left hand here, right hand there, wait by time or until you notice a pulse, then move. You don’t need acupuncture-style precision; in my measurements, a point’s touch range can be roughly five inches. There are twenty-two main control centers, so it can be simple to start but detailed if you want to go further.

I’m careful not to call this divine miracle-working. I call it naturally supernatural: a hands-on method grounded in how I understand the body. Intention and attitude matter when another person works with you, and a practitioner can reach places you cannot. Still, people can work on themselves, teach family members, and couples can help each other. We’ve taught mothers, doctors, chiropractors, osteopaths, and holistic practitioners, but anyone willing to learn can use the basics.

I distinguish this from Reiki because I teach specific points and what I believe each one relates to, rather than general hand patterns. I also connect it with quantum biology: cells, fascia, light, frequency, vibration, and structured water. In my view, the body is a natural communications network, with light carrying information through tissues. Sunlight, circadian rhythms, and the body’s electrical activity all deserve more attention than a purely chemical model gives them.

That’s why this interests me. I’ve spent years on food and nutrients, yet light became a major missing piece in my own thinking. I get outside, seek natural sunlight, and see the body as more than a pile of carbon, minerals, and water. Whatever framework you use, this course gives people a hands-on practice they can test for themselves—no pharmacy, copay, or official permission required. Learn it, use it carefully, and send in your experiences. Dr. Manzo’s course is available through BrightU and Brighton University.
