Bad week, same mindset. Win or lose, I’m right back to can we beat the next slate.

Season mark is 52 and 43, leaderboard’s tight, and our schedule rolls through Thursday and the weekend. The divisional round feels wide open, so let’s start with Buffalo at Denver around a pick’em; what’s your angle?

Simon Says Denver plus one. Books hung a Buffalo tax for Josh Allen, but I expect a flip toward Denver, and the matchup favors the Broncos’ pass rush, Sean Payton with extra prep, and a coaching edge while the public piles on the Bills.

Total sits near forty-seven and my gut says over given both offenses can pop. You playing it?

Weather decides it; pros nibbled the under already and playoffs tighten up. I want Denver before the move and I’m fading a hot public week.

San Francisco at Seattle: I’m on the under forty-five and a half. Recent form says Seattle’s defense can choke off Shanahan’s staples, so I see a slower, grindy script.

I’ll ride with you on the under, but I also like the 49ers plus seven and a half because it’s too many in a third divisional meeting. Purdy’s handled Seattle, Shanahan travels well as a dog, and I expect this to close closer to seven or below.

Feels like a twenty-four to twenty-one kind of game, which fits the under and a Niners cover. If my Bears can’t make a run, my last future is San Francisco, so keep them alive for me.

Houston at New England with the Patriots laying three and a low total near forty-one. How much are you weighing coaching here, because nobody’s squeezing more out of a roster right now than Vrabel’s bunch?

I grabbed Texans plus three and the under, but I’ll keep vetting injuries. Houston’s defense is a tier above, CJ can function without his WR1, losing Christian Gonzalez would sting New England more, and Drake May hasn’t been trustworthy as a bigger favorite, so it looks easy which is why I’m double-checking.

I’m baffled too; Pittsburgh’s chaos did its thing last week, but the Pats don’t have that same punch. I prefer the under and want sharper reads by Thursday before I commit on the side.

Rams at Bears: Chicago’s a four-point home dog with a total around fifty and a half, night game in real cold. Market love for the Bears is loud, my instinct says zag to the Rams, but the weather makes the under attractive.

My model makes the Rams seven and a half, but my gut says be careful; Chicago plays every game close, this rare home-dog spot draws attention, and an Arctic blast plus Stafford’s finger could get weird. I might look first-half under to avoid Caleb’s late surges and I’ll wait for a flat three if it appears, but I’m leaning Rams.

Forecast says teens by kickoff, so I’m grabbing the under and probably a first-half under too. No consensus on the side yet.
