About this episode
Post-Nazi medicine is based on informed consent, so naturally Dr. Kirk Moore allowed his patients to decide whether or not they wanted the Covid shot. Episode summary
Thanks for doing this. I think you are a hero, and this will not be an objective interview. Let me start with Trump's post: drug companies must show the data on their COVID drugs now; he says he has seen extraordinary numbers they are not sharing. If Warp Speed was brilliant, prove it—if not, say why. Meanwhile Pfizer and Moderna got rich off our tax dollars, we were forced to take their products, they have full immunity, and we still cannot see the numbers. That sounds like jail time to me.
I am encouraged he is finally questioning Warp Speed. From what many of us saw, the Pentagon ran it under General Perna; there is substantial evidence the Department of Defense developed the shots and paid Pfizer and Moderna to label and distribute. Our biodefense bureaucracy—BARDA, ASPR, DARPA—moved offensive research under a defensive umbrella, and COVID policy followed that playbook.
Right—government contractors got billions and political protection. What numbers are they showing him that they refuse to show the public?
And why do they have blanket immunity while physicians do not? Vaccines were shielded by the nineteen eighty six act, then the two thousand five PREP Act made anything under emergency use untouchable and even insulated from judicial review. How is that constitutional?
You are a surgeon in Utah from a military family. Walk me through spring twenty twenty—what you saw, who told you there was no treatment, and why almost every doctor suddenly stopped treating a respiratory illness.
On March seventeen I closed my office out of caution; within forty eight hours I reversed course after reviewing definitions, early data, and declarations that did not add up. The media and Fauci said there was no treatment—wait until you cannot breathe—yet flu-like illnesses are treated symptomatically; withholding care felt like telling a woman to wait for metastatic breast cancer before acting. I fell back on primary care experience, read papers, and treated early. Three red flags hit me: one, they declared no treatment; two, worldwide lockstep removed drugs like hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin; three, nothing returns to normal until a needle goes in every arm.
So who actually told you not to treat? And why did ninety to ninety nine percent of doctors comply? Is the CDC useful to a practicing physician?
It was media and federal voices—Fauci, Birx—while dissent was censored. Fauci once wrote favorably about chloroquine for SARS; cross immunity from SARS one was documented; access to generics was throttled; my patients on early regimens did well. EUA hinges on there being no adequate treatment, so effective treatment had to be denied. Science is never settled, yet pharma has captured journals and peer review; a shocking share of published science is junk.
And then came the vaccine push—Gates on TV, bureaucrats who do not see patients declaring themselves science. You are saying informed consent vanished.
I never relied on the CDC in nineteen years of practice. I have long distrusted vaccines—after a hepatitis B shot in med school I broke out in shingles and swore off them. Pre-COVID, informed consent was sacred; with COVID they handed us blank inserts, no long-term human data, and animal mRNA studies warning not ready for human use—yet they demanded injections for everyone and silenced doctors.
So mandates hit. You feel a moral duty to your patients. What did you do?
I registered with the Utah Health Department as a COVID vaccine provider, then, with full informed consent, I refused to inject unknown products and instead gave saline to kids whose parents asked, and I issued cards. I showed families the intentionally blank product sheets and explained the lack of data; common sense said do not take it.
How did that land you in legal trouble?
In January twenty twenty three FBI, HHS OIG, and DHS task force agents raided my office and seized our phones; I refused to unlock mine. I first learned of my indictment from a reputation firm quoting a DOJ press release. They charged conspiracy, fraud, and counterfeiting over cards and alleged misuse of approximately two hundred seventy doses I had my staff throw away; Utah Health should have inspected but instead called the FBI and ran stings with undercover cops. I never took a dime; when people insisted, I pointed them to donate about fifty dollars to a group changing state law, but prosecutors still painted a profit motive. After one undercover agent was caught selling confiscated bath salts, they dropped his evidence and added a new charge—destruction of government property for discarding federal-purchased vials—taking my exposure to thirty five years.
Name the prosecutors. Why hammer you while eBay card printers got a year and a fine? And they never even offered you a plea?
Todd Bouton led it, with Jacob Strain above him; the same office gave the eBay case a plea while pushing me to die in prison though I made no money and harmed no one. I had an old misdemeanor from a disputed insurance claim, but otherwise clean. During this case I twice went to jail: first twelve days after I challenged jurisdiction—Judge Jared Bennett threw me in and I spent four days in solitary over a holiday weekend; later U.S. Marshals perp-walked me for texting co-defendants about a hearing, and I spent approximately twenty two more days and wore a ninety-day ankle monitor. Judge Howard Nielsen denied my motion to dismiss and barred a necessity defense, so I could not bring in experts, patients, or data. My legal bills hit seven to eight hundred thousand dollars, I sold assets, my family carried the load. For filing the same motion as my co-defendant, I went to jail and she went home.
So they charge you, cage you, and strip your defense—and call that justice. Unreal.
So Kerry ratted you out, they jailed you again, and prosecutor Todd Bouton labeled you a flight risk and a danger to the community. Fire him. What were those twenty two days like?
They let her go and kept me for the same thing because I had a prior technical violation. I have kids in local schools, family here, no passport—how am I a flight risk? In county jail, federal inmates could not drop below medium security; because of a door-control problem we only got two hours out, twenty two in a seven by ten cell. It steeled me, and it showed me how money-driven the jail system is. My first cellmate was an undocumented kid tossed into max over DUIs he barely understood. When I was released, thirteen of seventeen guys in my block had nowhere to go, just a one-way bus pass. Recidivism is the business model.
This is what happens when government gets too big—it crushes people. You get out; your trial is still on. Then what?
We prepped for a July trial. They filed a superseding indictment and added twenty years for so-called evidence tampering—Todd Bouton again. They tried to rush me to trial before the inauguration. After, we petitioned the new weaponization workgroup; the acting U.S. attorney in Utah, John Vitti, refused to dismiss; D.C. declined to intervene.
Doctors have an inalienable right to treat their patients as they judge best. They stripped that from you, jailed you twice, and tried to lock you up for life. That is insane.
I honored choice. I did not block anyone who wanted the shot, and I did not inject anyone who did not. I did not mislead my patients.
Meanwhile, plenty said the shot stopped transmission—no indictments. So what happened in court?
Jury selection took three days. Support grew—Utah’s Speaker of the House and others showed up. Ed Zal from Died Suddenly documented it and wrote a piece blaming AG Pam Bondi’s DOJ; it went viral—Marjorie Taylor Greene, Thomas Massey, and Mike Lee amplified it. Prosecutors even accused us of jury tampering for sharing rally info; the judge said First Amendment. Their witnesses included a CDC COVID task force official who called people like my patients “the enemy.” BARDA’s director, Gary Disbrow, tried to introduce a redacted DoD–pharma contract; the judge forced unredaction, then they withdrew it. My read, based on what my lawyers saw, is it predated COVID and showed deep DoD control.
It was literally called Operation Warp Speed—run by a general. And still no coverage. They did not want the vaccine on trial, so they constrained your defense.
Right. On the eve of trial they moved to bar me from testifying to my intent—when intent defines fraud. If I insisted on saying what I believed, I risked going straight back to jail.
So how are you sitting here now?
Public outrage flipped it. MTG contacted AG Bondi; Senator Mike Lee did too. Saturday, July twelve, Bondi dismissed my case—“This ends now.” Five days later I met with her, MTG, and Lee.
A week earlier you were staring at life in prison; then you are in the AG’s office. From the FBI showing up to July seventeen—two and a half years—gone. How are you?
It has been a whirlwind. I am rebuilding my practice and weighing whether to stay in medicine. A chunk of doctors still say I was wrong, but the profession is captured—schools, journals, conferences, and groups like the AMA are funded by pharma. The AMA’s ethics say if law conflicts with patient care, fix the law and, if you cannot, care for the patient. They did not back me.
The rot runs on secrecy. Maybe you wind up working with Bobby Kennedy. Dan Bongino told me, if you knew what I knew; everything they do wrong is classified, while your supposed sins are public.
It is lies stacked for generations. Without consequences, the lies grow; secrecy keeps it going.
I mean this: you are a hero. I am grateful you are here. I hope you heal and spend the rest of your life doing something useful—maybe not medicine, but you clearly have a lot to give. Thank you, doctor.
Thank you, Tucker.
