Summer’s in full swing, kids are up late, and I saw your whole crew grinding in the gym—how’s that dad-coach life treating you?

I’m proud, man—my kids are locking in on technique and finishing drills, and I’m on them about mindset because there’s no room for quitting. We’re also learning what actually fuels our bodies, so the fun snacks are samples, not a buffet.

I saw Brandon Aiyuk’s posts and it hit me—this game tests your mind and your business choices, so does he need someone to take the phone and steady the ship?

I’m worried because after injuries the mind can spiral, and teams judge everything you post just like they judge tape. If I’m a GM and I see chaos online, I question whether you even want ball, so I’m urging former teammates to put an arm around him—and Brandon, you can DM me.

I’ve recorded my own low moments just to remind myself that timing is real, and it helped me decompress instead of venting online. I hope the people close to him can help him breathe and reset.

Protect your brand and your legacy because it all affects your value; I wouldn’t sign a player until the behavior shifts. If the Washington reunion with Jayden Daniels is the dream, show work, not replies—either flood the feed with training or go quiet and grind.

Control what you can and trust God; if the bag was the only goal, it’s okay to walk. But if you still love it, clean it up and come back stronger—we want to see you win.

I already sent a message—teams need vets who lead, not more mess to clean up.

I’ve been the guy at the airport after a near-signing fell through, and I’m glad I didn’t rage-post. This business will test your confidence, so keep people around who help you stand tall.

Football is designed to chip away at your belief, so don’t let it; when the lights hit, find a way to make the play. And young players, D2, JUCO, NIL—there are many paths, so don’t let one no break you.

We saw AJ Brown reading on the sideline just to reset his head, and I’m glad he got to a spot that’ll actually feature him.

Who really won that move?

Patriots, easy—you lose a number one, you add a number one, and your core stays intact. I still have questions about Jalen Hurts’ consistency at the very top tier.

AJ’s frustration made sense—receivers log huge mileage in practice and then see two or three targets on Sunday, and that stings. Big-body stars need those tight-window throws, like Brady trusted his guys to win in traffic.

If it’s single coverage and I’m your paid number one, I need the rock; if we keep losing and I’m at two targets, we’re talking. I get Hurts has options, but stars still have to eat.

Bottom line, elite players need chances, and the quarterback has to pull the trigger.

Philly thinks it won with a first-rounder, but touches should still tilt to your best. AJ with Drake May feels right to me—he’ll get fed, and I hope he reminds everyone who he is.

And with Saquon forcing stacked boxes, one-on-ones should be everywhere.

That’s football 101, and a happy, healthy AJ in New England could change the AFC picture.

Now to Aaron Donald—if he un-retires to line up with Myles Garrett, that’s pure havoc; I’ve seen his grip through double teams and it’s not normal. I told nickel to skip the chip and came full speed, and he barely blinked.

If he returns late for a playoff push, that front becomes a nightmare, and he could walk in fresh and swing the whole bracket.

We’re talking all-time duo vibes—young linemen, say a prayer.

College headline: Texas Tech’s quarterback placed a lot of bets, including on his own team as a freshman, and won an injunction to play. It’s tempting to joke that we’d have cashed every LSU prop, but there’s a real line between inside info and integrity.

Betting culture invites madness—I could text the first play in code and everybody eats, but that’s basically insider trading and it could cost you the league. Short-term wins aren’t worth a long-term ban.

A light suspension can make it feel easy, but your future’s the real wager; still, I’ll take the over on ten and a half wins because the kid competes when stakes are real.

Money tests character fast, so move smart.
